Order Entry Acceptance Policy
FuneralMarket shall have the right to cancel or refuse any order due to a typographical error or product listed with an incorrect price. In the event your credit card has been charged with the incorrect pricing, we will immediately issue a credit back to your account for the stated amount. If a cashiers check has been sent, we will return the check the next business day by priority mail. FuneralMarket reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Shipping Procedure
Procedure for acceptance and delivery of an order:
- Electronically received from the consumer.
- Confirmed with a telephone call
- Prior to shipping, family is notified of ship time and expected delivery time of product
- Follow up phone call confirming delivery of product.
- Follow up survey 2 weeks after product has been delivered.
FuneralMarket may require additional information before ordering funeral products. Your customer care specialist will advise you at time of order entry.
